ATHLETE REGISTRATION FORM

If drafted, I understand my team is counting on me for the 2025 season. I am available to compete on the required dates and pledge to represent the team to the best of my ability. I also promise to communicate with other team members and the league in a timely manner.

I understand wrestlers compete in uniforms provided by Spartan Combat. If contractually bound by another company to wear their apparel, I will attempt to obtain an exemption for CLAW matches. If not, the aforementioned company must create a replica uniform that matches the team's official uniform.

I also agree any photos or videos taken of myself can be used to promote CLAW on social media or the CLAW web site. I also grant permission to CLAW to recognize my participation in the draft and league on social media.

For any matches streamed on a tape-delayed basis, I agree to not disclose results publicly or in any way that will adversely reveal outcomes to the public.

I have carefully read the "2025 Athlete Contract" and agree with its terms and conditions. By checking the box below, this is the equivalent of signing a hard copy of the contract.

I understand and fully accept there are risks involved in sports, and that accidents and injuries and illnesses are common and ordinary occurrences in sports. I hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death or illness, and verify this statement by checking the box below. As consideration for being permitted by CLAW to participate in these activities, I hereby release and hold harmless the CLAW staff, volunteers and designated coaches from all liability, and from all actions or claims that I now or hereafter have for damage or injury to me, or to any person or property, resulting from the negligence or other acts of any employees or volunteers in connection with my participation. I further agree that this waiver, release and assumption of risks is to be binding on the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.

I further agree to indemnify and to CLAW (its officers, employees, agents and volunteers) free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which they may incur as a result of any injury or illness and/or property damage that I may cause or sustain while participating in this activity.

In the event of a medical emergency, I grant permission for CLAW staff to administer first aid or secure medical treatment, provided they are unable to communicate with me, and according to their best judgment. I agree to pay all medical, hospital, or other expenses which I may incur as a result of such treatment. CLAW does not provide any medical or other insurance protection or benefits for those who participate in their programs.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN ME AND CLAW ACCORDING TO MY OWN FREE WILL.
