Don't forget about our substantial discounts for siblings: 15% for second child; 30% for third child; 50% for all others!

The above registration fees will be paid monthly at the beginning of each month, except for September (fees due prior to first day). We will confirm the balance due with you based on the choices made below. Payment can be made by check, cash, Paypay or Venmo and can be mailed to TOP or placed in the mailbox at the front door. 

If schools change their policies during the year and allow students to attend more frequently, you will be issued a prorated refund for the period subsequent to the change.

  • I can drop off after 7:30 AM and pickup by 4 pm.

  • This enables pick-up to occur anytime until 4:30 pm ($10/day)

  • Lunch is provided on a daily basis for $6/day. Menu will vary, but regulars include Pizza, Hot Dogs, and food from a local restaurant. Also includes a side snack (including healthy choices) and a drink (Gatorade, Milk, or Water).

  • Students also have the option of purchasing meals, snacks or drinks with cash if they don't have a meal ticket

DEPOSIT

The deposit to reserve your spot is $100 per camper. It is nonrefundable if you change your mind. It will be refunded if we cannot accommodate your request to attend on certain days (see above). This amount will be credited to the first payment of registration fees.

PARENT/GUARDIAN INFO

I hereby voluntarily permit me or my child to participate in activities at Top of the Podium (TOP). I understand and fully accept there are risks involved in attending such activities, and that accidents or injuries or illnesses are possible. I hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death or illness, and verify this statement by checking the box below. As consideration for being permitted by TOP to participate in these activities, I hereby release and hold harmless the TOP staff, volunteers and designated coaches from all liability, and from all actions or claims that I or my child now or hereafter have for damage or injury to me or my child, or to any person or property, resulting from the negligence or other acts of any employees or volunteers in connection with me or my child’s participation. I further agree that this waiver, release and assumption of risks is to be binding on the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.

I further agree to indemnify and to TOP (its officers, employees, agents and volunteers) free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which they may incur as a result of any injury and/or property damage that I or my child may cause or sustain while participating in this activity.

In the event of a medical emergency, I grant permission for TOP volunteers to administer first aid or secure medical treatment for my athlete, provided they are unable to communicate with me, and according to their best judgment. I also hereby give permission to TOP staff and volunteers to disclose the information contained on this form to medical personnel. I agree to pay all medical, hospital, or other expenses which my child or I may incur as a result of such treatment. TOP does not provide any medical or other insurance protection or benefits for those who participate in their programs.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN ME AND TOP OF THE PODIUM, INC. ACCORDING TO MY OWN FREE WILL.
The participant (with support and assistance from parents or guardians and staff at TOP) promises to practice good hygiene habits at TOP and comply with all rules designed to reduce the risk and spread of COVID-19 or other viruses and infections. This includes not attending activities when exhibiting any symptoms of illness or after exposure to a person with COVID-19 (in accordance with our guidelines). I also understand this virus can be transmitted by asymptomatic persons and will take necessary precautions to protect vulnerable persons even when not at Top of the Podium.
